   • To ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, only Fisher Mall’s authorized employees can access your personal data as mandated by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Authorized employees are limited according to their roles and positions in the Company. Please note that this shall exempt disclosure of personal data to law enforcement agencies for judicial processes as may be required by the law or a court order.
   • Data Sharing; Third Party Providers: Fisher Mall may also require the services for third party service providers to conduct certain services for specific activities and purposes. These third parties may be provided with your personal data in order for us to process certain transactions with you. Rest assured that our partner service providers have their own Privacy Policies and implement security measures to maintain confidentiality of the personal data that will be disclosed.

   • Fisher Mall may destroy, encrypt and/or anonymize your personal data as soon as the purpose for which has been served and is no longer required.    • Fisher Mall shall retain your personal data as long as it is required by law, and/or as long as the data may still be considered relevant for any justifiable business engagements, and for as long as required by law.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AS USER

However, withdrawing your consent may lead us to discontinue providing certain services to you, as the case may be, we will inform you through email.
   • Right to erasure or blocking of your personal data in your database by sending your request through our email at dpo@fishermall.com.ph.
   • Right to request to correct and/or update your personal data. You may personally access your account and update or correct your personal data at the Account Settings in our platform. For further concerns regarding the updating and correcting your personal data that is in our possession, you may email us at dpo@fishermall.com.ph.
   • Right to request for reasonable access to your personal data that are in our possession for at least a year. In order for us to facilitate your request, we may require further information relating to your request. Certain administrative charges may apply for retrieving your personal data. You will be informed prior to processing your request.
   • Right to indemnification for damages sustained due to such inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data if it is proven with concrete evidence that your personal data with us was breached.
   • Please note that in the result of exercising your rights set out above, we may not be able to continue to provide our services to you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.
